15-21 February 2016 is Australia’s Health Weight Week and this year it’s all about getting back into the kitchen and cooking your way to good health!
Research shows that people who prepare meals at home tend to eat less fat, sugar and salt, and eat more serves of veggies than those who eat out frequently. They also tend to eat fewer calories overall, which makes it easier to maintain a healthy weight.
